“District 9” director Neill Blomkamp has released “Nightborne,” a 13-minute sci-fi horror short generated entirely with the Seedance 2.0 video model. Blomkamp directed frame by frame through text prompts and founded a new AI film studio, Barley Studios, to produce a full-length feature next.
